Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAFEAVIA’s mobile application and backend systems, including safety-alert modules, AR functions, and offline emergency guidance tools.  
  • Build secure and scalable architecture to support AI-driven decision trees and multilingual safety features.  
  • Troubleshoot system issues, conduct performance optimization, and collaborate with the CTO and innovation team to ensure functionality aligned with aviation standards.  
  • Ensure integration readiness for future airline API connections and compliance with aviation digital standards. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.  
  • Strong experience in mobile development (iOS/Android), backend frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure.  
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Swift.  
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, system scalability, and aviation-related interface constraints.  
  • Familiarity with agile development, testing methodologies, and Git-based version control.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.  
  • Experience in designing mobile interfaces and responsive applications.  
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), user testing, and inclusive design principles.
