Software Engineer
Main duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile application for passenger safety features and alert systems.
- Collaborate with CTO and external developers to integrate AI components.
- Test system performance, troubleshoot bugs, and document technical specifications.
- Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and compatible with airline infrastructure.
- Coordinate backend development with aviation-specific constraints.
Employment Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with API integration and mobile app frameworks.
- Experience in agile development and Git version control
UI/UX Designer
Main Duties:
- Design intuitive user interfaces tailored to aviation use cases and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct user research with pilots, flight attendants, and passengers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
- Work closely with developers to ensure user-centred implementation.
- Optimize accessibility and multilingual support across the app.
Employment Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience designing mobile apps and responsive platforms.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
NLP Engineer
Main Duties:
- Build and optimize multilingual chatbot functionalities for in-app passenger interactions.

- Collaborate with software engineers and the CTO to integrate AI components into the mobile app.
- Conduct training, validation, and deployment of language models using aviation-specific datasets.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and user experience.
Employment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation apps.
- Experience with multilingual text processing, speech-to-text, and translation systems.
- Familiarity with model deployment, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, GCP).
